Yah!!

I got home today to find the postal carrier had delivered a box of pottery from the soda fire workshop I attended a couple weeks ago with Lori Watts of Fine Mess Pottery.  It was so exciting to see how they all turned out!!!  Here are several photos.

The two dotted mugs have Bauer Orange Flashing slip on them.  Love that color.  Thanks Lori for the great time and gorgeous pots.

Fall Floral Arrangements

A couple weeks ago a friend of mine retired after 30 years at her job. Her work group chipped in and got her a vase from me and this gorgeous fall floral arrangement.  I love how the flowers really bring out the toasty colors of the vase.

Etsy Mug Swap

Every fall the Etsy Mud team has a Mug Swap.  It's such a fantastic opportunity to get a mug from another member of the team in exchange for sending one of my mugs to someone.  You never know who's mug you're getting until it shows up at your door.  


This year, I receive a mug from fellow Minnesota clay artists Denise and Paul Morris.  Love the mug and it's woodland theme.  

Tonight, I'll be having a very special cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a sprinkle of sea salt out of this awesome mug.  Thanks Denise & Paul!!
